Welcome to Istanbul Finance Travel. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our services, including booking, purchasing, and participation in our financial travel programs. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before making any reservations or payments.

1. General Information

Istanbul Finance Travel specializes in organizing business and financial travel programs to Istanbul, Turkey, offering travelers opportunities to explore both the financial hubs and the cultural landmarks of the city. These Terms apply to all customers who engage with our services, including but not limited to booking and travel arrangements.

2. Booking and Reservations

• Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old. By booking a trip, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from Istanbul Finance Travel along with a deposit or full payment, depending on the chosen package.
• Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the departure date. Late payments may result in cancellation or additional charges.

3. Pricing and Inclusions

• Price Guarantee: Once full payment is received, the price of your trip is guaranteed, and no additional surcharges will apply. However, we reserve the right to adjust prices for reasons beyond our control (e.g., government taxes, fuel surcharges) before full payment is made.
• Inclusions: The price includes accommodation, selected meals, transportation (including airport transfers), business and financial consultations, city tours, and any other services as specified in your package.
• Exclusions: Personal expenses, visa fees, travel insurance, gratuities, and optional activities are not included unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, the following refund policy applies:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund, minus the deposit.
  • 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

• Company Cancellations: Istanbul Finance Travel reserves the right to cancel a trip for any reason (e.g., insufficient participants, unforeseen events). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.

• Force Majeure: No refunds or compensation will be given for cancellations due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

5. Travel Documentation

• Passports and Visas: It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have a valid passport and any necessary visas before departure. Istanbul Finance Travel will provide general information on visa requirements but will not be responsible for the failure of obtaining visas.
• Travel Insurance: All travelers are required to have travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability. You must provide proof of insurance before traveling.

6. Conduct and Behavior

• Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other travelers, Istanbul Finance Travel staff, and local residents. We reserve the right to remove any traveler from the program if they engage in disruptive, illegal, or dangerous behavior.
• Liability: Istanbul Finance Travel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Travelers are responsible for their own actions and are encouraged to take necessary precautions.

7. Changes and Modifications

• Program Changes: Istanbul Finance Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, and transportation due to operational reasons. We will notify travelers as soon as possible of any significant changes.
• Customer Requests: Any request to modify an existing booking (e.g., changing dates, upgrading accommodations) must be made in writing and may incur additional fees.

8. Health and Safety

• Medical Conditions: It is the responsibility of each traveler to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation in the trip. Istanbul Finance Travel will make reasonable accommodations but cannot guarantee special arrangements.
• COVID-19: Travelers must comply with all local and international health regulations related to COVID-19, including testing, vaccinations, or quarantine requirements. Failure to do so may result in denied participation without refund.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Istanbul.
